We provide regular usage reports for web sites in MySource Matrix as part of our quality assurance.

Before a website is migrated from MySource Classic to Matrix, we complete a full website analysis report. This contains a structural analysis, site usage information and our recommendations for change. We'll also assist you to determine goals and definable metrics so the success of your website can be measured.

After a site has been launched in Matrix, we provide usage reports at regular intervals:

• 1 month: basic site usage
• 3 months: basic site usage plus recommendations
• 6 months: detailed analysis of usage behaviour plus recommendations
• 12 months: full site audit, detailed analysis of usage behaviour plus recommendations
• every 6 months thereafter: detailed analysis of usage behaviour plus recommendations

The reports include an analysis of what the statistics mean, and recommendations for changing or removing areas that are under-performing or not being accessed.

We check page visits to see what is most used (and what isn't used at all), as well as content people are seeking using search engines. High-use and high-interest areas should be accessible to users in the fewest number of clicks.
