To use MySource Matrix, you need either Firefox version 2 (or above), Internet Explorer version 6 (or above) or related browsers.
You can determine your browser's version from the About menu item, which is located under the brower's Help menu in Windows or the self-titled menu in Mac OS X.
The asset map
You will need a Java Runtime Environment (JRE) version of 1.4.2_12 or greater to run the asset map in Matrix.
To test your version of the JRE, log in to the simple edit interface and click the vertical, purple bar, running down the left-hand side of the screen. Your asset map, if it is working correctly, should look something like the image on the right.
On older computers, the asset map may take up to one minute to load. If you are unable to view the asset map, contact your computer support officer.
Matrix user roles
There are four main user roles in MySource Matrix, based on responsibilities and activities. As a Matrix user, you may have more than one role.
